Exchange, Return & Refunds.

1) Return/Refund will not accepted if a Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.

2) Exchange accepted if a customer wants to exchange the dress with a different dress of similar or higher value. (We do not give free shipping for exchanged dresses, however, the original product is sent by the customer at their own expense and if a customer pays shipping charges for exchanges then only in that case we can arrange reverse pickup or resend a new order / per piece 200 Rupees shipping charges customer have to pay.)

3) Return will not be accepted if the customer does not like the dress's colour. We try our best to ensure the exact colours as shown, However, 5-10% variations is unavoidable due to the light effect.

4) Return will not accepted if the customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.

5) Return will not accepted if the product is washed and worn.

6)Any small issues like tussles pulled, as that might happen during transit of the product customer can easily fix the issue.

7) One-time exchange is only accepted.        

8) Returns are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT, then the person should inform us within 2 days of delivery, & The item should be dispatched back to us within 4 days after delivery only after receiving the garment you will receive an email. Then we will dispatch the other product.

9) Every product at Vastragehna goes through 3-4 process stringent quality check. Any mischievous act of damaging the product itself by the customer will result into forfeiting your claim of both exchange & return.

10) If a product is wrongly delivered to you, We will arrange reverse pickup and send you the correct product. 6-10% Color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

11) Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
